Local Government Use Website and Twitters as Communication and Interaction Tools

Website and Twitter Local Government is one government implementation to optimize public services increase efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, administration accountability. This paper aims determine the quality of all city governments' websites in West Java province, Indonesia. The research method used descriptive interpretive by using scoring analysis techniques, namely author gives a score for each element site assessment indicator based on several theories find weight level website, uses N Vivo 12 Plus application assess province Java. results showed that Java, there were 4 (four) websites, sufficient quality, 1 (one) website was less qualified, so overall overall, 44.44% high 11.11% low rate with status occupied City Bandung, Bogor, Cimahi, Cirebon; In activity as medium communication interaction governments throughout every has made efforts fulfill information facilities well electronic via Twitter. However, than optimal. So it always suggested improve innovation creativity twitter management, monitor evaluate survey community satisfaction regularly enhance government.
